About e-District

e-District Portal is a state mission mode project under National e-Governance Plan of GOI which aims to target citizen centric services and backend computerization to enable the delivery of these services through common service centres(CSCs) at the doorstep of the citizen along with online Portal. Uttar Pradesh is the first state in the country to roll out e- district project in all the 75 district of the state.

Presently,274 Government to Citizen services(G2C) of 39 state government departments are operational in 75 districts of the state through e-District Portal. 1.74 Lakh Common Service Centres(CSCs) are operational in the state. Still, there are 49 departments whose services are to be made on-line.
